Sophie is really a rough and tumble little girl, and she eagerly plays with all of big brothers boy toys, but she really loves her dolls. And, I might add, she is a really good mommy. She loves to feed her dolls, change them, take them for walks around the family room, and now that she has a crib for her babies, she has been putting them to bed. Nick and I watched her do this the other day with much amusement, and finally decided that we needed to record it.
At one point she had the mobile spinning so fast, we thought Bitty would need motion sickness tablets.
Now in this video, the baby is put to sleep much more gently that she had been doing it previously. She had been slamming Bitty in, cramming her between the crib rail and the mobile. Then she would force her arms and legs into the correct positions.
Warning: What you are about to see, does not in any way, shape or form represent how little miss Sophie is put to bed (well, except for the kisses).

I love it! Madeline is equally sweet with her little doll... Yesterday it was smothered with kisses before it went for a long ride in the stroller -- upside down. Nice!
